I’ve lived a life with more twists than I ever planned for — Navy Air Traffic Controller, law enforcement officer, elite polygraph examiner, pro golfer, poker player, band leader, and lifelong songwriter. Every chapter taught me something about truth, grit, and the kind of heart it takes to keep getting back up.
Music has always been the thread running through it all. For over 50 years, I wrote songs the only way I knew how: from real experiences, real emotions, and real people. Then life threw me a curve I never saw coming — I lost my hearing. For a while, I thought that meant the music was over.
But I wasn’t done.
I learned to adapt. I learned to create in new ways. I learned that passion doesn’t disappear just because life changes. Modern tools became my new instruments — not shortcuts, not replacements — just a different way to bring my own melodies back to life. The stories are still mine. The emotion is still real. The heart is still the same.
Today, I write heartfelt ballads for people who feel deeply, who’ve lived through storms, who still believe in truth and connection. My music is my way of giving something honest back to the world — one song at a time.
